Studio: Beyond Words Studio

Client: Totaljobs
Role: Data analysis and design


Totaljobs commissioned Beyond Words Studio to create an engaging and fun piece of data journalism that explores our ‘enemies’ in the workplace. We analysed survey data of 7,000 UK workers using Python and found the most interesting and unusual statistics to build a compelling narrative about our nemeses in the office. The final piece is a vibrant and enticing long-form narrative inspired by game rivals of 8-bit arcade games.
